NEW JOB: MID SENIOR DESIGNER

WE’RE HIRING! → MID LEVEL DESIGNER (80 – 100%)

Our team is hungry and we're looking for someone who can feed lions.

✦ Branding is your passion number 1. UI/UX / Campaigns are second

✦ You want to lead a small team, hands-on, no useless spreadsheets

✦ You have opinions. You can defend them. You're wrong sometimes but that's fine

✦ You're agency-bred and have some stories to tell

✦ German + English a must

✦ Location: Zurich

What you'll actually do: 

→ Drive brand and design across identity, digital, and campaign and live experience

→ Mentor a small team while doing your work

→ Collaborate directly with a team of strong strategy and experience leads 

→ Work on clients that deserve critical thinking and fresh ideas

What you won't do: 

→ Sit in pointless meetings 

→ Water down good ideas to make someone comfortable 

→ Do the same things like everybody else because "that's how we've always done it"

→ Produce work you're embarrassed by
